Lumen is an independent patient-coordination agency, not a clinic or medical provider. Lumen can coordinate communication, scheduling, airport pickup, clinic visits, and practical support in Bangkok. Lumen does not book or provide flights or accommodation.

Medical decisions

The partner clinic's medical team is responsible for assessment, diagnosis, recommendations, consent, treatment, recovery guidance, and follow-up medical decisions. Nothing on this website is individual medical advice or confirmation that any treatment is suitable for you.

No promised outcome
